So was out for a few days with my wonderful legal team at a retreat this week– very strict no work policy (not even campaigning!)
While I was out Dave Min actually did something pretty cool.
Apparently the halls of Congress were barren–no decorations– until his staff put out an inflatable gingerbread man in front of his office. Then other members of Congress followed suit.
I think that’s pretty cool. Way to bring the spirit of the holidays to Congress.
The people want that joy and that goodwill permeating D.C. right now. Maybe it will help foster a spirit of togetherness, instead of all the endless partisan bickering.
When I was in fourth my grade my teacher Mr. Leiby–yes, that was really his name– told me something I would never forget about our government and how it should operate.
He said: “We are so lucky to live in a country where whichever political party wins our life won’t change that much.”
That was in 1988. And he was right.
Back then it was Bush Sr. v. Dukakis, followed by Clinton v. Bush Sr.
Yeah these guys had their differences. But you’re talking about taxes changing 2-3% and social programs changing by about the same margin depending on who you voted for.
The reason was simple– both parties were fairly responsive to the people as a whole because the prevailing wisdom was that they needed to be centrist in order to prevail in national elections.
Sure there were loud voices at the extreme on both sides trying to shift the debate, but for the most part the Democrats were very center left and the Republicans were very center right.
Social media destroyed the parties– but Troutman For America is trying to fix the problem!
Back then the political parties were still a problem– anytime you have a group of people conspiring to control our government to serve only themselves that is an issue– but partisanship was not toxic within our nation. We weren’t at each othr’s throarts.
Fast forward to today.
Those loud extremist voices are now the ONLY voices the party leaders listen to. They HAVE to. Because social media has created a need for attention that only extremists can muster. This has lead to socialists pushing the Democratic party to the extreme left and MAGA pushing the Republicans to the extreme Right. And both sides aggressively pushing Americans to pick a side.
Indeed, the parties have become so desperate for power, so hungry for control, they tell us that if the other side wins “you won’t have a country anymore” or “democracy will end.”
Crazy.
The parties have lost their marbles.
They are no longer responsive to the people as a whole but only to their members– and politics that have become increasingly extreme with each swing from one party to the other as a result.
Some have suggested a third-party is needed but that’s absurd. The problem is party politics. So the solution is not another party
Political parties are NOT required by the constitution-indeed they aren’t even mentioned in the constitution–so they shouldn’t exist at all, just like they have been banned in many countries throughout history. All they do is cause trouble– can you think of a SINGLE POSITIVE THING the parties have done? I can’t.
Political parties are like gangs during a turf war– innocent people get hurt!
Again, at their core political parties are conspiracies by a group of people to have the government work to serve only their interests or their vision of the world– NOT to serve the wisdom of the people as a whole. They are like gangs. They don’t care about you– only their members. And when they fight each other– watch out!
But unlike the bloods and crypts who want to run the streets these guys want to run our government!!! That’s MUCH worse. And they conspire to control all three branches of our government– which are supposed to check each other and work against each other– to make the government much more powerful in our lives than it should be.
Time to unify!
And with each swing of power from one side to the other– which is inevitable since Americans do not want EITHER of these parties in control of the government– the swings become more intense as each side pushes the envelope with each swing.
It doesn’t take a genius to see where this is headed. And its nowhere good.
The solution is simple– make the system work the way the constitution says it should work.
Get rid of the political parties.
They erode our checks and balances and the belief we should all have in the wisdom of the people. It turns politicians into puppets who are only serving the party leadership– who reward those that show loyalty to the party and not to the people–and keeps qualified WINNERS (guys like me and you) out of the race because qualified people don’t want to live under the thumb of the parties.
People get it now.
Americans are smart and they are waking up to the idea that parties no longer serve the people. Indeed Republicans and Democrats are dead bands– nobody is proudly a member of these things any more, nor should they be. Indeed if you’re voting for an R or a D you’re just throwing your vote away.
People are pouring in to the Troutman For America movement. Its a very beautiful thing. And I love all of you.
People want to be free. They want to throw off all the nonsense and breathe that fresh air they’ve been missing for so long. And they know I’m the guy who is going to get it done.
When WE win you will want to be able to tell all your friends you were right about this– but if you don’t donate you can’t claim to have supported the campaign! hahaha
You’re just a regular politician guy. Going about your business doing what the party tells you. You’re not looking for any trouble really. Just being a good little puppet for the Democrats.
You’re getting patted on the head by party leadership. They give you a little committee seat. Everything looks great.
And then along comes the ultimate wrecking ball– Troutman.
I mean look at this.
Poor Dave puts up his little video on X– I don’t use X BTW, can’t trust Elon–and he got 196 views.
Put this thing up yesterday– not even 24 hours– at it has over 42,000 views!
I’m sorry but that has got to suck for Min.
Every time he posts something it just makes me stronger.
And I am trying to be nice here– a couple of folks have told me to go easier on the guy since he’s obviously a bit underpowered shall we say– but as a world-class attorney its just tough for me to watch this guy in action and not say anything.
Frustrates me to see time wasted on this guy. We could do so much better my beautiful friends.
Look at this picture. Shoulders slouched. Hands and arms tucked in. Hips shifted. Face contorted. Mouth moving on its own. This guy isn’t just uncomfortable– he’s scared.
So as you all know I’m a world class attorney and trial advocate.
Half of winning court is presenting yourself as precise, reliable and unyielding.
Any weakness in body language is immediately detected by the judge and juries alike– because we all know words can’t be trusted, but body language generally can be.
You’re going to read a lot about body language on this blog because its the surest way to determine winners from losers.
I just can’t get over how weak Dave Min’s body language is.
Watch this video for instance. This is HIS video that HE put up on X– I didn’t make this up or modify it.
The guy looks like he wants to curl into a ball and run away. He looks so uncomfortable.
And the weirdest thing is HIS MOUTH IS MOVING involuntarily. He’s not speaking in this video. He’s just watching. But it looks like he is chewing on something. He can’t control his mouth.
This guy is uncomfortable in his own skin. I’m not trying to pick on him but this is NOT somebody you can have representing you.
Again, take a look at my videos. Even the ones where I’m sort of goofing off or whatever. You will notice I am always calm and in command.
That’s what you want in a representative. Somebody who you can count on to GET AFTER IT for you. Not someone who is ASHAMED and SCARED.
Love you all– even you Dave. But don’t think you’re cut out for this.
We need a better class of politician– because America Deserves to Win!
I’m confidant you all know this already, but just in case.
Article VI of the constitution reads, in part:
This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof…Shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the judges of every state shall be bound thereby…
The federal laws made by Congress govern all of us. They are the Supreme law of our great land. They protect and bind us all. And wisdom and virtue is needed in assessing and crafting these laws.
Article VI continues:
[All legislators] and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution….
Everyone serving the people at every station throughout our government must swear an Oath to the constitution. I wonder, however, how many people understand the constitution well enough to keep that oath? We will discuss in another article.
Article VI concludes with a very important note:
[N]o religious test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any office or public Trust under the United States.
We are all free to think and believe what we choose– and we can still serve this incredible nation of ours!
God bless America.
America Deserves to Win!
Support a candidate who UNDERSTANDS the Constitution and will SUPPORT IT always!
