Contribution Rules
By making a donation, you confirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.

• This contribution is made from your own funds, not from a corporation, labor union, federal contractor, or foreign national.

• You are at least 18 years old.

• Contributions are not tax-deductible.

Limits: Federal law allows individuals to contribute up to $3,300 per election to a candidate committee. Couples may contribute $6,600 jointly.

Required Information: Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for contributions over $200 in an election cycle.
