Troutman is running to be in the House of Representatives. As the name implies that means it will be Troutman’s job to represent the people who live in California District 47. Whatever they want him to do is what he will do. He isn’t here to tell people what to think—he’s here to listen to what people have to say. And then go get their work done for them.
That being said, Troutman will be sure to report back in important developments in Washington so you can have a spy in Washington D.C. who will tell you what is really going on without any of the partisan spin.

Did Troutman really spend tens of thousands of his own dollars crisscrossing the country to stop robocalls?
Yep.
Through his work as one of the nation’s foremost telecom attorneys he discovered the true source of billions of unwanted robocalls—the lead generation industry.
Rather than simply profit off of these companies he invested hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars to traveling across the nation speaking to lead generation companies and at conferences for call centers and telemarketers teaching them about the law and telling them to comply with it and STOP HARASSING CONSUMERS.

Troutman is better known as the “Czar” and the “Czar” persona dresses in a rock-and-roll steampunk coat with a matching top hat.
He dresses in garb to be better accepted by the pirate-minded data sellers and lead generators he preaches the law to. But it’s also a highly-stylized reminder that Troutman can deliver wins no matter how he dresses.
The guy is absolutely next level.

Can Troutman really crush the losers in Washington?
If you take all the legal experience of every person in Congress and add it all up it doesn’t come close to what Troutman has accomplished on his own.
He has defended trillions in exposure, fought for freedom against the biggest government agencies, and gone into the darkest holes to find where the data stealing scumbags of the internet live. He’s gone places and seen things that would make the proper little cowards in D.C. tremble.
Nobody has seen or done the things Troutman has. He is a natural and gifted leader, one who does not suffer fools and will not tolerate losses.

Simple.
Troutman is a MASTER negotiator. And being an independent in a tightly split House gives him TREMENDOUS LEVERAGE to deliver great deals for the people in his district.
Pretty much everyone else in Washington is locked into a party.
That means they are puppets!
They don’t get to make their own decisions or represent their districts. They have to OBEY!!!
Obey their party leaders. Not their constituents.
Troutman is the opposite. He will obey the people of District 47—ONLY!
But both sides want his vote! And unlike everyone else, he can vote with the Reds or the Blues.
And that means he can extract MASSIVE concessions from both sides.

Maybe.
Will the Incumbent Min Concede The Race to Troutman Before the Election?
That’s unclear.
In our view, Min has no chance of defeating Troutman in the general election—he is the “weakest Democrat” in Congress. But Troutman is willing to work with the guy and maybe give him a new home on his campaign.
