Seems like every time someone hears about my campaign they ask the same question.
“Where do you stand on… [insert issue here]?”
And I respond with the same answer: “According to the constitution I must do whatever the people in my district want done– and I so I will.”
Again, it is not for the representative to tell the people what to think– it is for the people to tell the representative what to think.
So you should NEVER vote for a person because they have the same beliefs as you–you should vote for a person because they will honor the will of the people and get it done.
The best representatives are those who can get the job done for the people in their district– NOT people who will serve themselves or their party.
What I DO stand for is the following:
The constitution
Assuring the wisdom of the people is followed consistent with the constitution
Helping to keep people informed so they can make the right choices
Getting capable and qualified people into DC who are not just party puppets and who will serve the people.
In assessing my campaign consider:
My integrity and honesty;
My incredible track record of success delivering for clients;
My incredible background making multi-billion dollar deals and solving complex problems;
My commitment to the constitution and to the will of the people; and
My incredible personal drive and old school mentality emphasizing hard work and getting things done the right way.

There’s a reason VERY SMART people ALL ACROSS THE NATION are giving to the campaign! They get it. They see it.
They want America to work the way the constitution says.
Sat down with a bunch of folks yesterday to discuss the future of AI regulation with some business leader and they all agreed we have the wrong people in Washington right now. Have to do better.
We will.
This week I am going to be discussing the beautiful complex of temples that is D.C.– a gleaming city worthy of the finest minds in our nation.
Yes it isn’t being run by the brightest bulbs, but those that diminish our capital as a “swamp” insult all of us– and our potential to rebuild.
I imagine a D.C. filled with the most capable leaders from across the nation– and I am going to discuss this vision with everyone on Wednesday.
Also going to be sharing a few passages found on monuments in D.C. that really moved me to joining the race and pushing forward with my campaign to restore constitutional principles to America politics.
Should be a really pick-me–up for everyone– and we always need one of those!
I’m talking to Orange County voters every day–and people from all across the nation–and they are all telling me the same thing:
We need better qualified people in Washington.
I have a TON of democrats supporting my run.
But guess what– I also have a TON of republican support!
Seems like the only thing the right and left can agree on is that Troutman For America is a no brainer.
This IS a no brainer– I am the most QUALIFIED candidate by a long shot:
Decades of high-stakes negotiations;
Decades of complex problem solving experience;
Trusted national leader in fast-moving and critical legal areas;
Dominant litigator known as the “Czar” for incredible depth of knowledge and strength;
Built a career protecting small businesses (and large ones), protecting free speech and fighting against government overreach;
Deeply dedicated to our nation and the constitution and assuring our laws MAKE SENSE and can be easily followed.
I’m a guy that can get deals done for the people in California and work with Trump when it makes sense and STAND UP to him when he is trying to hurt the people here (and he does that sometimes because of how WEAK the Democrats in this state are.)
Even in his hand out photo he looks uncomfortable.
I’ve been a top end litigator now for over 20 years.
In that time I have taken hundreds of witnesses under examination and learned a ton about human psychology through jury trials and high-stakes negotiations with billions of dollars on the line.
I know instantly when someone is lying to me.
And I know instantly when someone is a phony.
Dave Min is a phony.
Its not the words he speaks. Its his body language. The unease with which he presents. The difficulty he has in getting a point across.
Check out this little clip from a video he posted on his X. I didn’t alter this or speed this up, this is what he actually looks like when he is speaking to a camera.
This is not a guy who is comfortable in his own skin and top-end guys are going to eat him alive.
There’s a reason Trump is pushing this guy around right now. Why he can’t get answers on ICE raids. Why no one is responding to the little letters he sends.
Nobody takes him seriously in D.C. and California is suffering as a result. Its a real problem.
Very weak. Inauthentic. Scared.

Take a close look at me. At my body language. At my command. It shows you what’s real.
Words lie; body language doesn’t.
This comes from DECADES of experience. Battles. Not just fights. Wars. With everything on the line. Day in. Day out. The highest stakes.
And one guy keeps coming out on top.
NOBODY has the background and experience I do. And nobody comes from where I come from.
This isn’t bragging. This is inviting you to compare. Use your own eyes. Your own minds. And let the spirit of truth guide you.
A guy like Min doesn’t stand a chance. He’s a decent enough guy probably, but he’s not cut out for the big stage.
I’m here for you folks. The bigger the stage, the better Troutman delivers.

Dave Min is legendarily soft on crime, but last week’s antics show something quite different.
Min posted on his X account an attack on law enforcement– specifically ICE agents– the very same day National Guardsmen in D.C. were being shot (and killed!)
In fact look at the juxtaposition here:
Notice the passion he displays when ATTACKING law enforcement– referring to them as “brutally beat[ing]” a woman, capitalizing the word “ZERO” in calling for LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICES to face “consequences” and ending with a call to action ATTACKING law enforcement saying the “lawlessness must end.”
Now compare this to the lazy half-assed “thoughts and prayers” post following the attack on the National Guard. CRAZY.
Min attacking law enforcement same day national guardsman shot– why???
Compare also how his attack on ICE was designed to create exactly the sort of anger that might lead to attacks on law enforcement, and rather than turn down the temperature meaningfully with his next post– or by taking down his anti-law enforcement post–he uses the laziest six word sentence to suggest violence against law enforcement is “unacceptable” without elaboration.
This is just unreal.
Why Min would use his platform to attack ICE the same day as the national guard is attacked is beyond me. And to the extent he posted his attack before the shooting– unclear as shooting was at 11:15 am and his post seems to have gone up afterward– he still should have taken it down out of respect for law enforcement.
Now look we can all agree the national guard should absolutely NOT be in our cities enforcing the law at the behest of the federal government–that IS crazy– but ALL members of law enforcement must be respected (LOVED!) when they are doing their job.
You can count on Troutman to support first responders– NOBODY loves these guys more than he does. And Troutman will NEVER attack our law enforcement authorities– instead he will make sure they are HOME where they belong as much as possible and NOT in harm’s way needlessly.
But when they must serve us Troutman will make sure they have EVERYTHING they need to WIN for our nation.
Troutman loves everyone who defends and serves this great nation– because he loves the country and wants to see it UNITED and strong.
